HOW TO GET TO THERE
By plane Fly to Nice-Côte d´Azur Airport. There are many low cost airlines that are liaising daily from all major European and US cities.
By airport bus Airport bus shuttles are liasing the Airport to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin every day of the year. It goes from terminal 1 every full hour. It costs 14 euros one way and takes approx. 45 minutes to get from the airport but on the bright side it stops right outside the residence. Exit at stop "La Mairie Roquebrune" and walk 100 metres up the road and you will see Dragonnière! More information on http://www.nice.aeroport.fr/ Click on "Acces and Parking" on the left menu for airport bus timetables.
By rental car Alternativley, you can rent a car from one of the many car rental companies directly at the airport. For cabriolets, you better try Avis or Hertz. For a budget car you might book ahead at http://www.budget.fr/ To receive your voucher, go to the pick up desk in terminal 1, after which you take the free shuttle to terminal 2 where you pick up the car. More information on http://www.nice.aeroport.fr/ Click on "Services and Shops" for car rental services.

By road From Nice airport: NB Exit first towards the centre of Nice. Drive into the centre, where you will see big blue signs with "A8" towards Monaco, Menton and "Roquebrune-Cap-Martin". Exit "La Turbie" after Monaco - then drive towards La Mairie (the townhall) in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Avenue Paul Doumer 16, where my apartment is located, leads straight to La Mairie. La Dragonnière is 100 metres to your right before the townhall. Total estimated time is 27 minutes. Visit http://www.mapquest.com/ for a detailed map of the route.
Extract from the detailed route, after exiting "La Turbie": Merge onto Bretelle de l'Autoroute, which respectively becomes Route de Laghet, Grande Corniche and D51. Turn right onto D2564, then left onto Avenue de Verdun, right onto Avenue Général Leclerc and finally lefto onto Avenue Paul Doumer, where my apartment is located.)
Another option from Nice airport is to follow the green signs where it says Monaco/Menton, and drive by the sea. "Nationale 7", crosses Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. This is an extremely scenic route, but it may take you up to 1 hour longer (depending on seasonal traffick) than the direct route. From France: "Autoroute du Soleil", "La Turbie" exit. From Italy: "Autoroute du Soleil", "Roquebrune-Cap-Martin" exit.
By train Stations of Nice and Menton are served by national railways. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Carnolès stations are served by TER. See http://www.voyages-sncf.com/leisure/fr
